Nexxagen represented our client as the buyers agent and transaction advisor to perform the due diligence process for the acquisition of the property holding entity and the real estate as well as the facilities within the property. Nexxagen also acted as the lead advisor to Urban Tribes during the initial phase to acquire land, co-ordinate the design, pre-feasibility studies and investment appraisal that ultimately led to the acquisition of the current selected choice location.
